Lola

Sweet Lola came off of the race track. She raced for about a year before she broke her hock (doggy ankle bone). She had to be retired after that. She was placed in a greyhound retirement group out of South Carolina, and after doing interviews and providing references, her family got to go meet her! As soon as they saw each other, they ran towards each other and have been inseparable since!

Rocky

I met Rocky a couple of years ago at a vendor event. I was so honored to be asked to come photograph Rocky and his Dad at their home. We went to their pond and Rocky ran with the side by side and it was obvious that he looked forward to this part of his day. He loved to watch the cork in the water as his humans fished. He also went to work every day for years with his Dad. They contacted me to let me know he had passed away last year and they cherish every detail of the photo session that we captured.

Rusty

Rusty was spotted running around a building in Perry. He was picked up by his new Dad thinking he could be his new farm buddy. but Rusty had other ideas. He wiggled his way into his new family’s home, had a vet visit, and after a bath, they learned that the name “Rusty” he had earned from his coloring… was just red clay from being dirty. He was around 2 at the time and lived the most amazing next 10 years with his real family, taking many adventures and absolutely living his best life.
